There was a nasty file descriptor leak that reared its ugly head when running
tla abrowse -s on a cached archive with more revisions than max
file-descriptors (per-process).

Large archives like aaron.bentley@utoronto.ca--tla-2004 and lord@emf.net--2003b
were suitable test candidates for finding this bug.
